I believe that there are such thing as witches but they are not necessarily bad or good.. Can be either. I have known two people who I think are witches

Yes!
As a young man driving home from work one dark and rainy night a woman dressed in black suddenly appeared in my headlights, I stopped and she asked for a lift - she wasn't bad looking so I told her to get in after about a mile she smiled at me and put her hand on my knee and said she was a witch and I immediately turned into a lay-bye.
